I ordered a Safety 1st car seat. The box came all beat up. The car seat was not even wraped in plastic and was missing the infant head rest. There was also something wrong with the head rest because it was not allowing my baby to keep his head up. Instead it looked like he was looking down with his chin touching his chest. Very uncomfortable. I called to return the item and I would have shopped their site for a different one, had I not received such terrible service. They basically said I could return it for a refund but I had to pay for shipping (which is likely to cost as much as I paid for it) so no refund. The girl said she would have a manager call me in the morning but of course no one called. This company has only nine employees and is only inline so it is likely out of a persons home. SCAM
