Great Price, Fast Shipping!!!

i was looking for the original tour master trinity jacket for my girlfriend. i found it on amazon.com (sold by extrememoto.com) in stock and at a great price! i was a little hesitant since there were no reviews on resellerratings.com or on amazon.com about this retailer, but i bought things through amazon.com in the past and i haven't been disappointed. but one thing i noticed was the $10.95 shipping through the amazon.com's site. i went to extrememoto.com and they had the jacket for the same price, but with free shipping for purchases over $99. I decided to go directly to extrememoto.com and bought it wednesday. to my surprise, i got the jacket on friday! TWO Days!!! WOW!!! Fast Shipping!!! the jacket fit perfectly and my girlfriend can't wait to test it out. this shopping experience was good and i will use this retailer again.

AVOID THIS SELLER. Read the other reviews and believe us. Do not buy anything from ridegear.com. the prices were great and the website looked nice, so i took a gamble and bought a pair of gloves, boots, and a jacket. they sent me an auto-email confirming my order and to expect my purchase to be shipped within 1-4 business days. after a week of waiting, i tried to call to find out their phone number was disconnected. RED FLAG. that's when i read the reviews. i sent an email to check on the status of my order (since i couldn't call them) to get this response:
"It may be a few weeks before we will be able to fulfill your order. Currently we are holding your order."

after another status check:
"It is not available through the vendor and doesnt have an ETA"

WHY ARE THEY SELLING IT IF IT'S NOT AVAILABLE?

i canceled my order through the website and then called my credit card company. fortunately, the cc auth is only good for 10 days and they had not charged my cc. another odd thing was the authorized amount and my invoice total were off by more than $100.

i found out about this site through my riding buddies. i’ve made 3 orders from this website and i can’t say enough GOOD things about NEWENOUGH.COM. especially after trying to buy things at r!d3gear.com (what a joke).

they have great prices on their regular stuff, but their closeout bargain-basement prices are AWESOME! i check that section at least twice a week praying to see something i can buy!

shipping was fast and tracking information was available and accurate.

products are exactly as described and in the photographs.

i’ve never had to contact customer support because i’ve never had any issues with my orders! but i’m confident that if i run into any problems, NE will take care of it because they know what makes customers come back!
