Being a long-time NewEgg shopper, I feel I have a good understanding of the company as a whole. I've ordered over 30 separate times from NewEgg, totally a few thousand dollars I'm sure. I've dealt with most every department of the store (RMA, etc) several times (because if you've ever ordered computer equipment off of the internet you know that shipping computer parts can be risky). Some retailers will wait up to 7 business days before they ship the item you wanted, and then it might take an extra 7 days to reach you, and when you get it, it's broken, which isn't necessarily the online retailer's fault. The biggest fear in buying something online is that the item will come damaged, because then comes the daunting task of requesting RMA's and waiting up to a week (or more) to see if it gets approved, so you can finally ship it back and get a replacement in return. This can, of course, take another week or two. By the time you finally get the item working, it's probably outdated. This is not the case with NewEgg.
NewEgg ships next business day normally (sometime same-day if you order around noon or so).
NewEgg uses FedEx Express Ground, and normally this takes no more than 5 business days (I've never had an item take more than 3, even though I've been all over the states since I'm a military member)
NewEgg has great customer service. Their customer service is truly unique in that they seem to actually care about the customers and know that they themselves carry the image of NewEgg. I've always been able to solve any RMA, product, or shipping issues quickly over the telephone (and those instances where I have to call NewEgg are few and far between).
NewEgg truly rewards its customers. Not only with great deals, but in little incentives or gifts that they sometimes send.
NewEgg often has free shipping and even greater deals than their normal great deals.
In all honesty I can't say a bad thing about NewEgg, and I'm a really cynical person normally. NewEgg has just been able to reach a high level of trustworthiness with me. In fact, I'm shopping there as I write this.
