180s is using an order processing system that was state of the art ten years ago. Their system does not keep track of inventory. Nonetheless, they will charge your credit card as soon as you place your order. If they discover they are out of stock a few days later, they will refund the charge on your credit card. Not impressed.

6pm.com has great prices and currently offers free shipping on all items. They used UPS 3 Day Select to ship my jacket so it saved a few days over UPS Ground cross country shipping. This was my first time ordering but given their prices I'll have to start buying more clothes online.

I encountered a fraudulent seller who never shipped the book. To their credit, AbeBooks refunded my money promptly. One drawback is that you have to wait a whole month before you can pursue a non-delivery claim. Another drawback is that they don't have user reviews of sellers which may encourage fraudulent sellers to set up shop. Since they refunded my money, I'll probably give them another chance but I will definitely research other sellers.

Although I only order items that "usually ship in 24 hours", I have found that Amazon is somewhat erratic in their ship times. Recently it took them 4 days to ship an order although UPS got it to me quickly so it took a week. Prior to that, Amazon shipped within 24 hours so I had the package 3 days after ordering. I have not found anyone better for CDs/DVDs but other vendors are better for electronics both in pricing and ship times.

The seller shipped batteries and charger within two days of order and USPS actually got it to me in one day. The mandatory $1 insurance fee should be disclosed prior to the end of the transaction, though. Would shop here again.

This is the first time I ordered from bn.com. They promise free and fast shipping and they delivered on that promise. I ordered early morning and they shipped by the end of the business day. UPS was supposed to take 3 days to deliver but it sat in the local truck for 2 days so it got delayed (which is not the fault of bn). Their prices for most products are a little high but their prices for the '24' TV show DVDs are the lowest right now.

I ordered from them twice. The first time was a promotion for free holiday cards. They sent an update that they were having problems at the printer and a coupon for a future order. So it took a few weeks but I wasn't in a hurry and the order was free anyway! In my second order, I got a few personalized birthday cards. They were shipped quickly and according to my specifications. Note that they usually have excellent coupons which can lower prices significantly (60-80% off the list price).

Coastal Contacts got contacts to me in eight days despite my choosing the slowest shipping option. They were gas permeable contacts which are usually not in stock. It probably helped that I emailed them a scanned prescription as soon as I placed my order. They frequently have good coupons so be sure to look for them! There are a few minor complaints, though. Their initial estimate of three weeks for receiving contacts was way off and they didn't send the shipping email until after my contacts arrived. They add a handling fee of 6.95% to each order although there is no good reason not to simply mark up the price of everything instead of having this hidden fee (although it is disclosed before placing your order). Also, I ordered via a third party link to get cash back but it wasn't reported automatically.

I got a great deal by finding a 25% off coupon and using a free USPS priority shipping promotion. Their usual shipping costs can be a bit high, though. The product got to me within a week. They sent me the correct USPS tracking number but then also sent me a UPS tracking number for someone else and attached that number to my online order status.

I found a great deal on these generally overpriced shirts and placed an order. Even though it was shipped from the UK, it got to me quickly. The shirts are very high quality.

I have ordered twice from Dell. The first was a custom specified Dell Dimension 4600 with printer. It arrived early and everything was correct and working great. I also ordered a replacement printer cartridge which came promptly.

I had a good experience similar to others. Placed an order for four tires and they were shipped promptly via UPS Ground to a local installer. Got my cash back promptly and looks like the $50 rebate is on the way. Great prices and service.

I ordered an item a nice discount on Black Friday. It was shipped promptly although they used Fedex Smartpost which is rather slow. I was pleased and would shop there again.

I used a unique email address recently for an ebags purchase. This is a complex address that cannot be guessed by a dictionary attack. Today I got a spam to that address from themarketingworld.com advertising T-Mobile services. Fortunately, I can just kill that address and boycott ebags.
