I have ordered twice from Dell. The first was a custom specified Dell Dimension 4600 with printer. It arrived early and everything was correct and working great. I also ordered a replacement printer cartridge which came promptly.

I ordered a Pentax digital camera that was on sale at an extremely low price (which is much higher now). Plus, it came with free shipping. J&R shipped within one day of order and UPS took a week to get it to me.

The seller shipped batteries and charger within two days of order and USPS actually got it to me in one day. The mandatory $1 insurance fee should be disclosed prior to the end of the transaction, though. Would shop here again.

Although I only order items that "usually ship in 24 hours", I have found that Amazon is somewhat erratic in their ship times. Recently it took them 4 days to ship an order although UPS got it to me quickly so it took a week. Prior to that, Amazon shipped within 24 hours so I had the package 3 days after ordering. I have not found anyone better for CDs/DVDs but other vendors are better for electronics both in pricing and ship times.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered from tirerack. They have a great selection and unbeatable prices. The web site is very helpful with lots of user reviews as well as tirerack road tests. I shipped the tires to an installer in my area that they recommended. The tires arrived at the installer one day after they were ordered.

This is the first time I ordered from bn.com. They promise free and fast shipping and they delivered on that promise. I ordered early morning and they shipped by the end of the business day. UPS was supposed to take 3 days to deliver but it sat in the local truck for 2 days so it got delayed (which is not the fault of bn). Their prices for most products are a little high but their prices for the '24' TV show DVDs are the lowest right now.

I ordered some DVDs and books. They apparently shipped at the end of the next business day but USPS media mail took 9 days to ship it across the country. Although I saved around $2 compared to amazon, amazon ships from a warehouse in Nevada so those orders get to me within a day or two after shipping (although amazon sometimes sits on the order for a few days). So I will probably just order from amazon next time unless the savings are much better.

I used a unique email address recently for an ebags purchase. This is a complex address that cannot be guessed by a dictionary attack. Today I got a spam to that address from themarketingworld.com advertising T-Mobile services. Fortunately, I can just kill that address and boycott ebags.

This is my second order from walmart and both orders were shipped very quickly. They are a good alternative to amazon for books, cds, and dvds. Their prices aren't always competitive, though, when you add in shipping and tax.

I placed an order for an item that was listed as being in stock and my credit card was charged immediately. When I did not get a UPS tracking number within 5 days, I called Kazoo Toys and was told that my item was out of stock. They never contacted me about this situation. Plus, the item is still listed as being in stock on their web site. This is the worst treatment I have ever received from an online merchant.

I placed an order on a Wed night and they shipped on Thu. The shipping choice of UPS Groud isn't quick but should get anywhere within a week. Their prices are excellent. They also seem to accurately provide in-stock information (unlike some of their competitors) since some of the more popular toys were listed as being out of stock.

Found a new CD for much cheaper here than anyplace else and decided to give it a shot. Was pleasantly surprised that I received it in only 5 days even with coast to coast shipping involved. They currently have a $2 off coupon so take advantage of that!

Coastal Contacts got contacts to me in eight days despite my choosing the slowest shipping option. They were gas permeable contacts which are usually not in stock. It probably helped that I emailed them a scanned prescription as soon as I placed my order. They frequently have good coupons so be sure to look for them! There are a few minor complaints, though. Their initial estimate of three weeks for receiving contacts was way off and they didn't send the shipping email until after my contacts arrived. They add a handling fee of 6.95% to each order although there is no good reason not to simply mark up the price of everything instead of having this hidden fee (although it is disclosed before placing your order). Also, I ordered via a third party link to get cash back but it wasn't reported automatically.

I bought a CD and sold a bunch of CDs and DVDs and was very pleased with both experiences. The CD I bought arrived in only 4 days and was in good condition.

The CDs and DVDs that I sold were all accepted at the great prices I was promised when I placed the order. They took about a week to process my shipment after receiving it. They sent the check quickly though. Note that they reimburse for the cost of media mail shipping if you ship at least 5 CDs or DVDs.

Be sure to look for coupons before placing your order. They had a coupon for 25% off and free shipping for purchases and a coupon for 20% added to the value of CDs that were sold.
