I filled out thier confusing and clugy RMA form, and was issued an RMA number, I gain tried to email and phone the company, no responce! I mailed the product back in the hopes that there \u0022system\u0022 actual would work, after waiting over a week and a half, no responce, no credit on my card no communication! I have opened a dispute with my credit card, and hope that these people get shut down, or learn to communicate with thier customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER!
