What happened to this company? It used to be reputable. Now, it seems like they operate out of a garage. I wish I had checked their ratings prior to my purchase.

I purchased a Hose Reel Cart on 4/26 and received a confirmation soon after. After that, it was like my order fell into the abyss. By 5/1 I had not heard anything about my order, so I called. I was not able to get a person on the phone, so I used their online forms to contact them. I heard back from them about 30 hours later in a short reply stating that the item won't ship until 5/11! Finally, on 5/10, I received an email stating that it had shipped and I had it at my door on 5/13 -- 17 days after my purchase.

When I opened it, I quickly noticed that it was badly scratched and contacted them about a return. I called and was able to get someone on the phone after 3 attempts, but I believe she was working out of her house. A doorbell rang and a dog was barking in the background! She said that she could not help me with the return! I will have to wait for an email within 24 hours from the shipping department. Shipping department???? When I didn't hear from the shipping department, I used their online form to contact customer service again - I had no number for the "Shipping Department". I receive an email 24 hours later asking if the box was damaged. My response... "no". Then another 24 hours until I heard back form them again. Today (5/17) I received the following email...

"Good morning,

This RMA# authorizes the return of the following items:
880-2 - Qty Returning: 1

We will arrange to have your product picked up from the original
address the product was shipped to. Please carefully repack your
packages and have them available for pickup. We will notify you in 5-7
Business Days with further pickup instructions including a tracking
number for the return package.

Please note that you will not receive credit for the merchandise until
it has been received and inspected at the return destination.

Thank you."

RMA??? What RMA? There is no number!! Do I pack up the box and leave on my porch? Where is my return shipping label? Do I really have to wait 5 to 7 days for further instructions??

I still don't know if/when I will be able to return my damaged purchase!!!

This has been a horrible experience from the minute I pressed the purchase confirmation button. I highly recommend that you DO NOT PURCHASE from LNT!!

Oh... I ordered a different hose reel cart from Amazon 3 days ago. I already received and installed it!

DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Tiger Direct does not stand behind their customers.

I purchased and ASUS Tablet docking station from Tiger Direct. After receiving it, I discovered that the GPS and WiFi on the Asus EEE Pad Transformer Prime are known to be defective. I have since returned my tablet (purchased from a reputable company that stands behind their customers), but Tiger Direct will only issue an exchange for the dock.

Unfortunately, the dock only works with the tablet. Since the tablet doesn't function as it is supposed to, I don't need it or the docking station. I spoke with Chantel at TD customer Service, who was rude and not at all helpful and ended the call prematurely (hung up on me) stating "there is nothing I can do to help. Tiger Direct simply won't return the item for a refund." She kept quoting a "limited return policy" that she could not direct me to on their sight.

Read the fine print and follow all of the links on a Tiger Direct page before making ANY purchases!! Know what you're buying, and don't expect to return it for a refund. I am stuck with a useless $150 docking station.

Oh yeah... I also paid a premium for next business day delivery, but it showed up in 3 days.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
