I ordered a refurb Acer 17.3 on Monday 3/12 and it arrived via ups 3/13. I can't be more pleased. It came in a plain box but looks like it just came from the factory fresh box. Fast, upgradable and a perfect machine. Customer support is excellent. Great experience and i'd definitely recommend them. Great price.
