Good instore experience bad exchange expierence. Noticed the 30 day exchange is ONLY on products they deam "defective" and test for a few days. A product that doesn't work for your situation is not considered defective. So if you purchase from them test drive quickly because you have only 7 days to see if you like your device and see if it works for you. So don't go out of town or buy at when things are busy or you don't have time to test.
