THIS PLACE SUUUUUUUUCKS
i placed an order for a tomtom700 gps on monday and paid the extra $10 for 2 day shipping so i could get the product before friday. some guy named JASON calls me tuesday and says theres a problem with my order and that i need to call in before they ship the order. so i call, and he says the expiration date i typed in was wrong. ok no prob.... then he tries to sell me insurance and accessories.. i decline and confirm with him that the product will ship out by tues and he says yes. thursday comes along and i get a call from BRUCE the billing guy. he says theres something wrong with my order and that my credit card is being declined. so i call my credit card company and they say they never declined any order. i call BRUCE back and all of a sudden my order is ready to go now. i ask for a tracking number (cuz after threatening to cancel my order, BRUCE offers to send it next day at no extra charge) and the BRUCE is like, i already promised to send you next day, why do you need a tracking number? and i tell this jack off that i need it to keep track of my order (like i really need to explain to him) and hes like i just placed your order how can i have a tracking number right now? and i have to explain to him to give it to me when the order ships.... thats my experience with this rude and terrrrible online merchant as we speak. this is the worst experience i have had purchasing an item online. DO NOT BUY FROM DIGITAL DELIVERED...
