Their customer service here stinks. I don't know how else better to put it. First off, they sell many rifle scopes, yet their return policy sucks.
When ordered, it took a few days to process (understandable), but 10 days in transit for my item to arrive, with standard shipping, which was USPS Priority!
Next, they should implement a better return policy as things do get manufactured defective. I bought a red dot sight; as I was sighting it in a couple weeks later, I noticed that the adjustment screws were not click-adjustments and due to recoil, would turn the screws about 1/8 revolutions. Their return policy is seven days from delivery. Not everybody has all the free time in the world to test stuff out within a week!
I called SWFA requesting a return. I spoke to somebody briefly and then put on a 15 minute+ hold - I lost count. I had to go to work, so when the same guy picked up to tell me to hold longer, I told him to have Customer Support (CS) e-mail me. CS never e-mailed me back and now I'm way outside of their return window.
I'll never order from SWFA again. I only saved a few bucks, but now I'm wasting it dealing with their horrid CS.
