AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!! Last Christmas (2009) husband purchased a Sharp LCD 52" TV from this online retailer. Arrived as scheduled....very odd that they don't know shipping cost up front! My husband opened the box and started reading the manual to make sure he set it up properly. There was big stamp through One Year Warranty Page...VOID! 30 Day warranty only. When we called..they said it was a refurbished TV. We aid we didn't want a refurbished TV and immediately verified on the website that there was no indication that the TV being sold was refurbished. We asked them to come pick it up. We don't accept returns, they said. Well we don't accept merchandise that is presented improperly on a website. We disputed it through our credit card company...they attempted to resolve with the retailer. We said the only satisfaction we would accept was a brand new replacement of the same item. It went on for about 10 months and we were never charged for the item. Sharp confirmed that the serial number reflected a TV that was refurbished twice. It's still working beautifully but we weren't sure it would have even lasted one day! Be persistent if you get involved with one of their scams. I earned this TV after everything I went through with my credit card company and the legal department.
