Placed an order (Zalman vga cooler + fan) on march 20/05; items were in stock but still have not shipped as of march 28/05. Multiple emails were sent to company but no reply! This is unacceptable. I can understand if delays happen but to ignore emails from customers is inconsiderate and very frustrating. So i have no idea what is going on. Going to wait for a few more days and then cancel the order.

Update: I finally got an email explaining that their emails servers were down. For some reason they had trouble processing my credit card. Its impossible to get an email response from them. I ended up cancelling my order and buying from another company.
