I bought a laptop from them just as they were going downhill. Reading all the unfulfilled orders, I'm so lucky that I ordered sooner than late.

Tried to get some tech support on the phone, said they'd ship me the needed parts then I wait a whole month and still nothing. My laptop "is" (or at least was) under warrantee and now I feel cheated.

My order process even then wasn't smooth at all; I could never get a clear reason for delay until I threatened to cancel my order.

There was someone else who bought the same laptop as me a day after I made my purchase, he got his laptop within a week and I recieved mine finally after waiting 2 weeks. They obviously have no priorities.

cyberneticdreamz, can't wait to sign your petition once you get all that set up.

I bought a heatsink here but had to cancel it since another order from elswhere I made a week ago finally went through. I emailed sales about cancelling and received a reply within half an hour! With customer support like this, I would have rather ordered from Sidewinder than from that other place which never even notified me of the reason for delay. I wont make this mistake again, next time I'm making my purchase from someone who actually knows how to treat their customers, Sidewinder.
