I have to say that the tech support by Instant Messaging with Techexcess.net was the best and fastest I have come accross. While I was on the phone with HP waiting for them to help me, the tech (Todd) from Techexcess figured out the problem (which was my incorrect hookup), we chatted and finished our conversation. And the HP support team still did not figure out the problem HEHE. So I give the Techexcess support team a big high five.
The order of my product (HP Notebook Expansion Base) was fast and well attended to. Price was also the best as compared to the internet stores or retail stores.
