Ordered several shooting items to include Ballistol Gun oil, Orange Peel targets and a new DeSantis holster all prices were very competitive- if not lower than the competition. I received a prompt confirmation of my order.

All items were in stock and the order shipped promptly we me receiving my purchase on 2/3/12- you can't beat that for service.

I have found this company to be very "customer friendly" and have them as a regular source for shooting/ hunting supplies.

Order placed evening of 1/29/12 for 2 Ruger magazines for an LC 9. This site had the lowest price I could find anywhere else for "original" in factory packaging for the item; to make it better the shipping was only $5 (weekend special)where some other merchants quoted as much as $15 (a rip off).

My order was acknowledged promptly and a notification of shipment was received by email on 1/31 with my order being received by me on 2/2/12- simply "outstanding".

I will certainly consider doing more business in the future- they are a "for real" business!

Web site is very easy to maneuver and the ordering process was "hassle free". Order was confirmed by email within minutes and my card was not charged until item shipped on 7/6; my order was received on 7/8.

All in all, I'm very satisfied with the service and the very competitive price from J & R.

I ordered several shooting items to include Ballistol gun oil , Orange Peel Targets and a DeSantis holster on 1/31/12. My order was promptly acknowledged by email. I have found that MidwayUSA prices are very competitive and when they have an item on "sale" it's usually the best price you will find anywhere.

I received my purchase o 2/3/12 by Fed Ex and couldn't be more pleased with the transaction. I have found MidwayUSA to be a very "customer oriented" company and when it comes to buying hunting/ shooting supplies MidwayUSA should certainly be at the top of your list- it's certainly on mine.

Just received my first pair of glasses and I am 100% satisfied with the quality and price. I ordered the Zenni brand of photochromatic progressive lens and frames for less than 50% of what it would have cost from "warehouse" optical store. From time of order to receipt about 2.5 weeks- better than I expected. I will definitely do more business with Zenni.

Navigating the B&H website was very easy and fast.

The item I was looking for,an HP Mobile photo printer was competitively priced and I also purchased additional photo paper and ink cartridge.

Communication was by email and excellent. Item was shipped UPS and received when promised. I can say through experience that for photo equipment and printers, B&H should definitely be your first place to check.

One of the BEST online experiences I have ever had- professional, prompt performance.

Place an order on Monday, 12/4 for a Nikon D80 camera (lowest price of any well rated vendor)and was helped by Todd. Todd suggested a filter to protect the lens- this was already on my "buy list" and I did order it; No pressure, No hype.

I received an email confirmation within 45 minutes of my order. About 3 hours later I received an email that the item was shipped via FREE FedEX 3 day service and the FedEx tracking number was provided- expected delivery was Thursday 12/7/06.

At about 2 PM on Wednesday, 12/6 my order was delivered- what a great experience!

OneCall did it all- I would definitely recommend this company and I intend to purchase from them in the future.

I was experiencing a problem with my 4 year old Monarch system. At bootup the screen would show a picture of a dog and cat and the words "Gigabyte is hailing you- Gigabyte Technologies". When the computer was shut down I would have to reboot using my Win XP CD- a frustrating chore.

Because I live a considerable distance from the Monarch location I had called several "so called" computer repair facilities in my local area to try and determine the problem- the range of answers were- everything from "bad motherboard, bad hard drive, AMD chips have problems with running some programs- I can sell you a good used Intel based computer, yada,yada,yada."

Frustrated I called Monarch and spoke with Greg in Sales and even though my system was 4 years old he spent a considerable amount of time (over several days)trying to diagnose my problem. Greg had even spoken with the Gigabyte representative who had no idea what caused my problem. Greg suggested that before I called Gigabyte Tech Support, I should replace the battery on the motherboard and see if that helped. Following Greg's suggestion the battery was installed and the computer started up just fine. We sure wasted a lot of time on the phone talking about my problem but the end result was a $2.78 battery.

I really do like my Monarch computer and when the time comes to replace it - with a 99.9% certainty it will be with another Monarch system.
