I'm very pleased with the customer service provided by ListenUp to date. I ordered one (1) Musical Fidelity V-Can Headphone Amplifier originally via Amazon (with ListenUp as the supplier through Amazon) and received an incorrect item instead of the V-Can headphone amplifier. Amazon refunded my purchase and stated there was no way to correct the order. So, I took the risk of ordering the V-Can amplifier directly from the ListenUp web site. A week after order my V-Can arrived and I'm very pleased with the entire ListenUp ordering & delivery process.
