The order was handled very efficiently and, when I called to change the shipping date it was handled smoothly. One of the appliances arrived damaged in shipment and Customer Service asked for a photo of the damage and immediately offered either a discount on the damaged unit or a replacement. I opted for replacement and it was shipped within a day. Overall, my experience was excellent and I would recomend BuyriteAppliances.com without reservation.
