I bought 3 computers (all the same model) from NexGen. There technical support for the purchase was good. They called to make sure what I ordered was what I wanted since there would be compatibility problems. They recommended a solution to the problems.They delivered on time. One of the computer was a "lemon". It was one of those things when nothing would work and it always was down.Their customer support was good to work with for all the problems. The only semi-negative comment I have is that their shipping charges seem high.

I bought a new computer from Compaq. It was the best price that I could find on the net for the specific machine type I wanted. There customer service could be better to work with. Their technical assistance could have more knowledge (seemed to be high school kids with no expeirence I was talking to). But bottom line is I have my computer and it is working okay.

I have ordered several things from Computers4Sure and the products and delivery were fine. Some prices are not the lowest but if you look around some are quite low.

I have bought several things from Amazon.com. All except this one purchase was great. This one had some problems but Amazon.com provide good assistance
