Ordered desktop computer components at various times and shipping was fast, i had no problems. The main reason i choose them is because they accept payments via wire transfer.

The problems I had with them was when I ordered laptops. Apparently they do not keep them in stock. WHich is why they say give them an additional 1-2 days for processing. I waited for a long as a week before they could ship out the laptops ordered. They got to do better than this.
On the brighter side their customer service is excellent. (very polite, helpful and patient operators)

Ordered 2 Fujitsu Laptop battteries and power adapters. Shipping was fast, no problems.

The only problem i had is that the ground shipping cost seemed a bit high.

Ordered 2 DELL batteries. Prices were significantly lower than DELL websits. Shipping was faster also.

They accept international credit cards (subject to verification). This is the main reason it orderd from them.

You get through immediately when you call custoner support.

Ordered my stuff on Sunday and it came on Wednesday. (Ground Shipping). Prices are very resonable. I used a credit card issued outside of the US and they accepted this type of payment, which is a huge plus. Only wished they sold men's clothing.

The main part for my order consisted of 3 - 15" Toshiba Laptops and 1 - 17" Toshiba Laptop.

After receiving payment Newegg shipped the 17" Laptop and the rest of items except the 3 - 15" Laptops. I waited 3-4 days and then decided to e-mail them and then chat with them. After about 2 tries they finally e-mailed me and told me that 2 of the 15" Laptops were not in stock.

The problem I have is that when I purchased the item, the checkout process stated that they had the item in stock and the fact that I had to e-mail them to find out the status for the laptops.
They should have notified me immediately about this.

One other problem I have with this website is that they ship items from about 3 warehouses located in 3 different states. This only affects you if you are ordering from a non US state country and you have a shipping agent in the US. What happens is that the orders arrive on different dates, depending where they are coming from. This means that they arrive at different dates in my country, which poses a problem of short shipment with Customs.

Desptie the above thier customer service and their prices are excellent.

Purchased a HP Designjet 500 plotter from this company. Shipping was fast and the customer service was excellent. They responded to my querries the same day.

The problems I have with this store are:

1. When I made my payment via wire transfer the company got $30 short. They indicated the they cannot ship the order unless the $30 was paid.

2. Their website has no mechanism for filtering into sub-categories.

Despite the above I would recommend this website to anyone and continue to purchase from them.
