All the negative reviews I have read about acehardwareoutlet.com are absolutely accurate from my experience. Ordered through Amazon. They sent us the wrong item, tried to make us pay for the return shipping, then decided they didn't want it back and issued a refund - but not for the shipping. Another phone call, and now we have to ship it back prepaid to get a refund on the shipping. Wow, what a great experience! NOT!
