Every attempt I made to contact them via phone\/e-mail\/online chat is useless. They do not respond to e-mails, they do not answer the phone, and their online chat is broken. After fruitless attempts to contact them, I had to file a claim with my bank. My bank issued me a full refund after their representitive gave my bank a phoney tracking number going to Florida, I live in Illinois.
