SignatureHardware.com is a terrible company. Their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. I have been charged for products that I haven't received and I have been unable to obtain a refund. I strongly recommend against doing business with this company. They have wasted over a month of my time and charged me for products that have never been sent. All I can do in complaint is to warn others.
