The first memory module that I bought from Newegg doesn't work. It was either because of incompatibility or defective issue. Returned it & was about to get charge 15% restocking fee. Because of that I was planning not to buy from Newegg ever again, but they called and offer very good discount and waive the restocking fee. So I bought a new one (with different brand). They charge my purchase the next day, but it took a little more than a week to get my money back from the previous purchase; of course I also took into account the shipping time.

Other thoughts:
I sometimes have problem when trying to order from Newegg website, which is kind of annoying. Other than that, Newegg seems to have good customer service.

Fast customer service... got email respond within 24 hours...

However, their policy is kinna sucks. If you order something and the price drop (even before you receive your product), they won't return you the different. Plus, you have to pay standard shipping... If you buy laptop from well known companies like IBM or HP, you'll get free standard shipping for your order. If you live in CA and choose the standard shipping, it'll take at least two weeks for the laptop to arrive. Other than that, a lot of people say their sager systems are pretty good.

“If there is a price change before the order has shipped, the customer gets the new price if it's lower. If the order has already shipped from Sager, they do not get the price change. I'm not aware of any Clevo based reseller giving money back for price changes after the customer's order was sent. If they do please contact us to let us know. We are charged full price for the system when it ships from Sager and do not get refunded for price drops either.

As for shipping prices, they are based off UPS and USPS pricing. ”

Simply put: Don't do business with this company...
I placed an order on the 11th, got confirmation email and shipment details with 1 day. I waited for a week but nothing show up. I called in to check my status, and the guy kept telling me that's it's shipped already and should arrive within the next day. I asked him whether the company provide a tracking number for it... and he say: "A tracking number will be updated upon avail..." ... I just hang up the phone right there for realizing that I just help the idiot got the business.... how come they don't have a tracking number when they already ship the product... and why would I need a tracking number if ... it's after the item arrive?

After about two weeks... nothing arrive yet so I called again... Now, the guy told me that their warehouse just inform them the item will be shipped that day (2 weeks after I placed an order) ... so... I waited another week to get my item.

Dell has the worst service ever. Many price mistakes, cancels, orders delay. Honestly, Dell shouldn't even be in business if it doesn't plan to keep inventory.... then let the customers wait... Won't buy anything from dell again unless things change.

Same as previous reviewers:

"Company took orders from numerous people. Site showed they had enough inventory to fulfill orders yet they oversold. Extremely poor customer service. Also for a company that promotes and sells Cloud networking systems, they failed miserably. Pathetic organization."
