I pretty much purchase everything online now a days and rarely do I have a problem as I do a fair amount of research on the companies beforehand. So When I purchased a charger from SterlingTek, I figured I was in for another great experience. I ordered the 16th, and the product arrived the 19th. The problem was that they sent me the wrong product. So I contacted them and they said they would overnight me a new one and I was to send back the incorrect one. I sent it back the same day so they should have received it within 4-5 days. I have never received the replacement and any attempt at a refund has been refused. I am not one to get worked up over something as small as a 25 dollar purchase, but I own my own business and I can't imagine treating any of my clients like this. They did fine at first, but dropped the ball when it really counted.
