This is a scam outfit. The advertise a product at a low price, with a "USA" warranty, but neglect to tell you that they're selling you an 'import' model without a manufacturers warranty, and with all the genuine manufacturer pieces removed. Instead, they will use pushy sales people to up-sell you the genuine accessories (batteries, chargers) that came in the box to begin with. You can do better by finding the real product discounted by honest sites.

Reseller quoted both items as being in stock, available for immediate shipment. I placed my order that day, and by the evening got a message that the items were back-ordered. 4 days later, the items are still back-ordered, but still showing as available for immediate shipment on their website. Clearly, the "availability" status on their website is ficticious and entirely disconnected from their inventory, designed entirely to capture as many orders as possible. I wasted 4 days waiting to get an answer on when the item would ship, and had to cancel the order when I got no actual shipdate from them.
