I purchased a new Fuji S2 Pro digital camera from Wells Digital(One of their authorized agents 1Expression) on June 30, 2004.
Instead, I received a used camera on August 20, 2004. I complained to the agent and the agent (1Expression) got an RMA number from Wells Digital to have the camera replaced by them. I had a lot of problems with UPS since they required information Wells Digital did not provide. With all the delays, I ended up sending the camera to Wells Digital on November 4, 2004 (RMA Number RAC80350831MC, UPS tracking 1Z98Y62W689094490). To this day (January 27, 2005) I have sent Wells digital 6 e-mails and made 5 phone calls (Left voice messages for Meredith since no one answered) and sent over 12 e-mails to their agent 1Expression without a single reply. I ended up paying $1820.90 Canadian for a camera I do not have. I do not recommend purchasing from this company as they may send you a used item as new or take your money and leave you with no product as they did with me. I do have all the necessary documents and e-mail copies if you need to view them.
