Very smooth transaction! I had a problem with my order because the link I originally clicked on advertised Norton 360 Premier Edition 2013 (v7.0) However, by the time I got done with the order I was not really paying attention and purchased version 6.0 instead
I contacted Vegascart.com customer service and left a message (Urgent message due to the fact that it was the weekend and they are not open on the weekend and I had less days left on my current Norton product!?!?!?..lol)
I was most pleased with Vegascart.com's customer service. Even though the thick accent was hard to discern sometimes, the man I spoke to was very patient with me, and I appreciated that. I mentioned that I needed to cancel the order because I already had the version I purchased. I was offered a cancellation or to switch to another product. I asked for what I really wanted, Norton 360 Premier Edition 2013 (v 7.0). Vegascart.com honored my request and even gave me the slightly more expensive versio for the same price that I paid. Wow! That is class. It is also a class act when they called back like they said they would. Even if it meant staying a little after closing time. Which they did do for me. You guys are awesome!
Never heard of Vegascart.com before this. Product downloaded directly from Norton and was sent a confirmation from Norton that everthing is up to date with the product I have.
Listen. You cannot ask for any better than this. I have worked call center customer service jobs in the past and I myself demand nothing but the best. That is the reason Vegascart.com gets my highest customer satisfaction rating. They are top notch.
