Good prices. Items were packed very well and shipped out quickly. Shipped with Fed-Ex, e-mail with tracking # sent to me. Accepts paypal as well. Straightforward transaction, will be ordering from them again.

Ordered a 5th Gen iPod screen for my sons g/f's dead iPod. Screen was shipped next day USPS, tracking # e-mailed day of shipping, arrived in perfect condition. Made my purchase thru E-Bay, and paid with Paypal.

Largest selection I've found on-line yet. The only place carrying everything I needed, saving me from ordering from multiple on-line stores. Order process was simple, and Dee(customer service)was helpful and quick to respond to my e-mail. Prices were fair, both for products and shipping by FedEx. Packing was extremely good, glass bottles were individualy wrapped in corrigated cardboard, and protected with air bags. Shipping was quick, and all shipping info was sent to me by e-mail. All in all, a happy transaction. I will be ordering from this company again.

Was looking for an unusual cable, found two places that had it. GNS was a third of the cost for the exact same cable as the other place. Ordering was simple and straight forward, received e-mail order confirmation promptly. Item was well packed, and shipped that day. Only downside was I never received a FedEx tracking number, that would have been nice. All in all, I'm pleased with the service I received, and would not hesitate to order from them again.

Everything worked as it was supposed to, and the prices were more than reasonable. I especially like the fact that shipping is based on weight, not "per item", like some of the other online retailers. They ship fast, and give you shipping costs on the full array of carriers. Plenty of options. When I received my box, I found that a small item was missing, e-mailed them about it, and got a response in 9 minutes, received the missing item in the mail in only two days. Now THATS customer service! Another thing I like is they carry alot of the oddball small stuff no one else does. FrozenCPU is now the first place I will go to for what I need.

This order was for some items my wife wanted. As it was from a novelty catalog, and the prices were so cheap, I really expected to receive junk.

I was extreamly surprised at the quality of the items I received. Instead of cheap plastic junk, I received good solid merchandise. Made with heavy plastic, it obviously will last a long time.

Shipping was a surprise as well, well packaged and arrived 3 days before they said it would.

All in all, I am very pleased with this on line retailer, and will order from them again. I have no qualms about recommending this company.

The only downside to my experience with this order was I had some dificulty fiquring out their ordering system, it's not as clear and straightforward as most on line order forms. It took me a few minutes to find the order page and fiqure out how to use it.

Ordered Spectra 400, Evergreen Web Site said it was known to work in my model of computer, it doesn't and now they tell me it won't. They won't accept it back for a refund. False advertizing! I would not recommend this company to anyone.
