While shopping for a Canon 24-105mm f/4.0L IS lens, I came across Digital Distributors with an unbelievably low price. The price reminded me of the horror stories of those shady dealers. Even though I was apprehensive, Resellerratings.com had positive reviews, so I decided to give it a shot.

Within an hour of placing my order, Sam called to verify my shipping information. I was having this expensive lens shipped to an alternate address and he wanted to be sure the order paid by credit card was on the up and up. After a pleasant conversation, we hung up and all was well.

A few hours later, I had a question; Digital Distributors had already closed for the day so I sent them an email. First thing in the morning, there was a response waiting for me with a brief, but accurate response.

In less than 24 hours my order had been processed, packed, shipped, and I had an email with a tracking number. Now that I have my lens, I can say this was a great purchasing experience. Digital Distributors provides excellent customer service, and has proven to be a reputable dealer. I will definitely look to do business with them again.
