terrible customer service. received earphones that did not work. after being put on hold for 10-15min they said to wait for an email for instructions regarding my exchange. email never came. they also do not send out order tracking numbers. all they do is send a confirmation of your order and they're never heard from again.
edit: after i sent them an email regarding my experience, they agreed to send me a replacement w/o charge. changed my rating, but am still bothered they have someone so incompetent in their company answering customer care calls without helping them at all.
