Orders were placed and within 7 days it arrives UPS without incident. On one order one item was not in the box. I called customer service and explained that one of the items was missing. Within a few days UPS shows up with missing item, it was carefully packed, and there was no charge for shipping. I am extremely pleased with their prices and service. I currently have an item on backorder for a month now. I can understand this; as most of my equipment is over 30 years old. JSE is the ONLY place that has parts for my old equipment.
