Purchased a BFG 5900nu from them late January and it was DOA. Got an RMA and sent it back. UPS tracking shows it signed for by "WANG". Never got a credit on my card, so I emailed them. Got this response:

The product you bought from, the company was closed last month. We bought web site only from that company. We don't know anything about your
return. Sorry we can not help you with your RMA. You can try to contact your credit card company to disbuse this payment. They could get money from that company's account if their account is not closed yet. Hope your credit card cmpany can help you. Good luck.
