I ordered my notebook without RAID enabled because I couldn\u0027t decide if I wanted it, and I was planning to use a student edition of Windows 7 Ultimate that I already had. Once I made the decision, the notebook had already shipped (very quick turnaround from order to build to ship). Once it arrived, I ended up calling them on a Saturday and they helped me out even though they were closed. (Who in America still answers the phone when they are closed?) They walked me through a bios update and installation of drivers in order to rebuild the whole thing the way I wanted it. Awesome, awesome, awesome! Would highly recommend!
