At first I was pretty hesitant to buy from a site that I had never heard of, that also refused to post their phone number anywhere on. The generic "contact us" entry form looked a little sketch to say the least. I found some air springs for my truck at a great price, toss in the 12% discount being offered for the holiday, and it was steal with free shipping. I filled in the form, typed in the discount code, and hit submit. I immediately panicked when the confirmation page showed the full price without any discount added in. Right away I fired off an email to their support account and got a generic auto response with a confirmation number in it. I knew with it being a holiday week people were probably out of the office, so I gave it a full week hadn't heard back. I fired off another email saying I still hadn't been contacted in regards to my issue, and again got another auto email with a different confirmation number. Within less than 24 hrs I received an email response apologizing for the delay and giving me a physical phone number to call customer support at. I called, spent a whole 15 seconds on hold before I was speaking to a real person. I explained what happened with the discount code, he looked up my order, then immediately issued a refund to my card for the 12% (about $30). That was yesterday, today my bank is showing the refunded amount. Air springs arrived yesterday as promised. Glad shipping was free, because the box probably weighed 40 pounds. I won't hesitate to buy from here again. I feel like the company really needs to post a phone number, I would have felt more comfortable initially had there been one.
