I purchased a 4 port Firewire card that was dead on arrival. I called them and they asked me to ship the card back (at my expense)to them so they could test it. I did not hear back from them for 2 weeks so I sent another email. They responded that the card was dead and that they did not have any more in stock. They offered to send me a better card for an additional $3. I said OK. They then said to place a new order for the upgraded card (and pay full price) and enter additional information into the comment field on the order and they would adjust the order when they received it. I declined and told them to refund my original purchase amount. They sent an email saying I sould get a check in 3 weeks. It has been 2.5 weeks and no check yet.

They were nice on the phone and responded to emails in a day or two, but seem very disorganized. They should have shipped the better card for free since I had to pay shipping on the dead card they sent. I will not buy from them again.
