I purchased a Linksys E2000 refurb router from DD and it was shipped out fast and arrived in about three days. The router was factory refurb'ed by Cisco/Linksys and as sometimes happens it had a radio problem. The B/G 2.4 Ghz radio was very weak and I couldn't get the A band to work at all.
I contacted CS through email and got an immediate response. My problem was handled promptly and in three days I had a working unit in my hands. I wish I got this kind of service from all my suppliers.

Problems happen, that's just a fact of life. It's how a company responds to a problem that makes the difference and DD really stepped up on this one. I will definitely be doing business with them again as well as recommending to others. Great job!

I've made several orders from DS in the past year or so and have been pleased with their service. My last order was lost in transit by USPS and even though it was a low cost item, Judith at DS took care of it promptly and reshipped the lost item.
They used tracking on the packages so the problem was clearly caused by USPS and beyond the control of Daily Steals. If they'll do this for a $2.00 item I have confidence they would take care of any problem that might arise. Good Job DS and THANKS!

Beach Camera is a great place to purchase from and it may surprise some to find out they carry a lot of stuff not directly photography related. Every order I've made has been shipped fast, packed well, and usually cheaper than most anywhere else. Great people to do business with.

I don't shop in their stores much but have ordered online and have received excellent service. I like knowing I can return a product to a store even if ordered online.

I can't say enough good things about Amazon. They have some of the best prices, fastest shipping, best customer service, best product selection, of all the online e-tailers.
I've made hundreds of orders from them and never been let down. If an item arrives broken or damaged a replacement will arrive in two days.
I dropped Newegg as a supplier and now buy most of the parts for my computer business from Amazon. No BS 'restocking fee' for bad parts and faster service. If you can't find it at Amazon you probably don't need it.

My order was shipped fast and arrived in perfect condition. The cables fit fine and are of good quality. Mwave has always treated me fairly and I will certainly continue to do business with them.

UPDATE 11-12-2010: Still happy with Mwave service and products. Fast shipping and good prices.

I've been ordering checks from Promise for a few years now and have always been pleased with their service. They supply quality checks and get them to you fast at a very economical price.

I've always ordered through the website so until my last order I hadn't had any contact with their CS staff. My last order had a slight glitch in the printing process and the numbers on the bottom got printed without the required spaces. I don't write many checks now so I didn't notice the problem immediately. Once I did, I contacted Promise CS and they bent over backward to get me new checks. They were very apologetic and rushed a new order out in two days. What a great outfit!

Everyone makes mistakes now and then but how those mistakes are handled is a true reflection of the company and its people. Promise came through with flying colors and will be getting all my check business for the foreseeable future. I just wish every company had this level of customer service.
