I bought a camera from their eBay store. I was a little surprised that I had to phone in to complete the order; it makes me nervous that I'm going to get a hard sell for something but I was only pressed to get a second battery - which is fine, as I travel with my camera and having a second battery is essential.

My order was stuck as "order sent to warehouse" for over 5 days but was shipped as soon as I contacted customer service about this.

I see people on here complaining about the "junk" accessories that come with most of the camera bundles, but the store is very up front about the make of these and the user is free to research the quality of the goods they are buying. Personally I went with a better lens and am happy with the accessories that came with the camera (tripod, filters, cleaning kit, carry case). At least I get to have a more complete kit (for cheap) at the start and can upgrade if I find the items both essential and lacking.

I purchased an M3 DS Real. To be honest, I was a little paranoid about the authenticity of this site, especially considering how cheap the item was listed and the free international shipping. The card arrived ~8 days later (pretty good for international package post in my experience). I've now recommended this merchant to a few other friends.
