you never failed me before, but hdmi cables were back ordered for 3 weeks, if i wanted to wait that long i would have used meritline, so newegg got the order, big deal, $10 you lost out on. the refund was speedy and efficent.
I prefer my cable from you guys, but back orders happen, luckily i went online to see when they shipped and they hadn't and were 3 weeks out to be shipped Feb. 17 or i would have never known they were back orderd, but having said that, i work for an electrical const. co. and we have $20k plus orders with vendors and maybe 50% will let us know if they are back ordered and if we beg or scream loud enough they'll give an estimate of delivery time, so you did okay 50/50, gave a date for B/O, but no email letting me know
