My multiple experiences with FatBrain Toys in the recent past have ALL been very POSITIVE. For an online catalog and ordering system, it is very well put-together. The web pages are clear and the instructions simple. Once an order is placed, the communication via email is immediate and follow up emails on the status of my order are well-appreciated. Shipping is FANTASTIC. Even though I am only one state away, my packages arrive faster than some local-mail attempts that I've experienced in the past with other vendors. Great system! Thanks.
