I would not buy anything from this company. I bought a Hello Kitty Alarm Clock on Dec. 11, 2011 for my 7 year old granddaughter. I still have not received it. When I placed the order it said I would get it by Christmas. I checked to see if it was sent and saw that I would not get it until Jan. 3, 2012. Now it says there is not tracking. So I contacted them around Jan. 4, 2012 on their Live Chat as was told to contact them after Jan 23, 2012 for a refund. I have been trying to contact them and their Live Chat says (Thank you! We will get in touch with you soon.) So I contacted Paypal for a dispute and was told that since is was after 45 days they can not guarantee a refund. So now I am out of money that they took and now I have to try and find a gift for my 7 year old granddaughter for a late Christmas gift. I think this is very poor business practice. So beware of this company. It is out of China also. I guess I should have thought of that before I place my order.
