The best customer service I’ve ever had, bar none. John at Axxis Audio went above and beyond to help answer all my questions when I was looking for a new high-end preprocessor. We spoke numerous times on the phone and through email. Once I made my decision my order was promptly placed and I was kept updated on the status as there was a waiting list. The unit arrived from the manufacture a head of schedule and was shipped out immediately. After a slight shipping mix up, my unit arrived in perfect condition. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and my experience with Axxis Audio, the price was great too.. I would definitely buy again and I’ve sent numerous people to Axxis who have purchased equipment. Do yourself a favor, call the people at Axxis Audio before you buy.
