This is my second experience with PopFlash. Both times my order was sent quickly (1-2 days) across country and any questions (before and after purchase) were dealt with professionally and courteously. I highly recommend dealing with this company in that they not only know the equipment they sell, but they work with you to make sure that you are satified.

Very easly online ordering with rapid e-mail confirmation. Great prices. PayPal accepting merchant. Price adders to get the product to ship faster, and to select insurance for delivery or to return in case of problems. Novel approach. Paid extra for Ultimate packaging, but sent in manufacturers box only, not bubble wrapped/custom cardboard as stated. Had to e-mail them to get notified when shipped, and again to receive tracking info. E-mail response time was acceptable (< 4 hours). NOTE: Online account when paying by Pay-Pal says UNPAID even after payment.
