I got an email to call the tech person after I was directed to their website to do a scan, which they scared me to believe that I needed a BIOS update. I called and the person on the other line was extremely rude. He treated me as if I was a dumb person and asked why was I calling for a BIOS update and what I was using it for. I wished I had read about this before I even called. Who wants to buy something from this kind of attitude?
