The Blanco soap dispenser I ordered arrived even sooner than promised. The brand new dispenser came in the original manufacturer's box, which was then mailed in a larger box. The dispenser's bright chrome finish was gleaming, and everything appeared to be perfect . . . until I tried pumping it. Even though the soap receptacle was filled with dish soap, the dispenser required many pumps to get any action each time I tried to use it. I called Quality Bath and asked if they would send out a new plastic spring mechanism for it. "No problem," they said. But instead of simply sending a new spring, they immediately sent me a whole new $$$ dispenser. That certainly solved the problem!
