“Your order was placed on 12/28/2011 and processed to the factory 12/29 which was a Thursday. Friday the 30th was one business day for production then the factory was closed for the holiday weekend and re-opened on January 3rd (a Tuesday) to finish production. We sent you shipping information the following day, January 4th. UPS shipping transit time shows delivery is scheduled for January 6th which is Friday. Your order was fulfilled in 2 business days plus transit time. Unfortunately the holiday and weekend added another 3 days to that. Note: Products that are rated "Ships in 2 Days" refer to business days which exclude weekends, holidays and transit time.
