I placed an order for a garmin nuvi at their sdvertised sale price. After placing the order, I researched another site and found the same model for $15 less. I immediately emailed customer service and asked if they could match this price. While they could not match they very kindly offered to cancel the order. Nice service even though lower price was found elsewhere.
