I ordered a Pioneer PDP-5020fd recently from this merchant. Like many of you I was very hesitant about purchasing a plasma hdtv online. I did a lot of checking before settling on Satellite and Sound. I narrowed my choice of merchants to two authorized Pioneer dealers based mainly on Resellerratings.com's reviews and my phone conversations with the two companies. I spoke with Dave at Satellite and Sound twice before ordering. He was very helpful in alleviating my anxiety about making such an expensive purchase online without just saying what he thought I wanted to hear. There was none of the east coast electronics sales pressure applied that I've received speaking to many of their competitors. The set arrived from California to Ohio in less than a week. The exterior of the box was in excellent condition and it was strapped to a pallet the same size as the bottom of the box. Upon opening, the condition of the television was excellent and it works perfectly up to the writing of this review. I would recommend Satellite and Sound without hesitation as an online merchant and will purchase from them again in the near future.
