We ordered $1200 worth of server RAM on a Monday and it was still "pending review" on the following Tuesday. I called Memory America to cancel the order as we had to order elsewhere to get this RAM a.s.a.p. I was treated very professionally and received a cancellation confirmation e-mail within minutes. I am not giving 5 stars across the board as we did not actually complete the transaction due to it being held for review. However, we will be giving this company another chance in the future.
