When the 'egg finally opened their Canadian operations I had to buy something to see how smooth the process would be. There were no delays in the processing of my order, no problems at the border, shipping was lightning fast and brokering fees were included in the shipping cost up front, so I knew what I would be paying with no hidden surprises. Paperwork with the order was a little sparse but I have the full data about my order online and received regular tracking updates. All in all this is a very good first step for Newegg in Canada.

Having dealt with them many times in the past without any problems I had issues with my most recent purchase. I contacted their customer support staff, explained to them what the problem was and they have responded with intent to make things right. Nobody is perfect and nobody can get every single thing right every time, but the good ones are those who will make an effort to fix things if they go wrong. I look forward to dealing with them in the future

I needed to get a replacement gasket for my MCW462. Since the gaskets are flat they could easily go out in a padded envelope as regular mail. They're only $1.50 each so paying for courier shipping to Canada would have cost so much more than the 2 gaskets I wanted. I emailed Swiftech and Michelle saw to it that the gaskets were shipped to me regular mail, saving me needless expense. Great product, great staff, great service.

I bought a red rounded cable and 128 meg PC133 memory. It took the clerk 2-3 minutes to punch in the price for my cable manually, I realized later that because he did it manually he put in the wrong code and over charged me. Only $1.00 so I figured "who cares". Then I started testing the memory. My system which was 100% stable before is now crashing 1-3 times a day. I sent them an email about it, they said I should bring the memory back to "ask" for an exchange. I told them I don't live in Toronto and it wouldn't be worth the cost to travel back there to correct their mistake. They then suggested I buy new "memroy" (not memory) somewhere else and use that instead. Guess what Sonnam, I think I'll take your advice, I'll never buy "memroy" (or memory, or anything else) from your company again. I'm also going to make the same recommendation to anyone who's willing to listen.

ADDENDUM: After reading some horror stories about other companies, and what people did to prove that they were ripped off, I ran CTSPD on my "memroy". It turns out that my PC133 is only PC100 CAS3!!!!
